Compound Flooding
Coastal Flooding and Hazard , Large River-Dalta System
We use Coupled Hydrological-Ocean Model to assess climate change and climate events' impact on rivers and deltas; i.e., Mega-delta systems, e.g., the Mississippi and Mekong
Hurricane
Ocean and Sediment Dynamics
We use Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere-Wave and Sediment Transport Modeling system to understand sediment dynamics during extreme climate events
Ocean Carbon Cycling
CO2 Air-Sea Flux and Ocean Acidification
We use Coupled Physical-Biogeochemical Model to understand regional ocean carbon cycling under the impact of large river system and extreme weather events
Marine Ecosystem
Eutrification and Hypoxia
We use Coupled Physical-Biogeochemical Model and machine learning/AL/statistical model to address issues of coastal ecosystem
